DLR sent in Payload Encoding: base64

Hello everyone,

I noticed that the DLRs forwarded ( recevied and forwarded) by jasmind,  are in format Encoding: base64.   Looking a the code and not sure were to modify do the deliver_sm packet is be sent in cleax text. 

i did try and got the following error:

 ERROR    908677 Throwing SMPP/DELIVER_SM [msgid:a595c4e6-fa11-4cfc-aea8-56f95fd36617] to (simple 1/1)[cid:test], <class 'TypeError'>: argument should be a bytes-like object or ASCII string, not 'DeliverSM'.

Any thoughts??
