MT Interceptor

I made a MT interceptor include a python script forward message from Jasmin to HTTP API instead of route the message to MT router , but it keep ignore the script and go to the default MT route 

is there any way i can trace the message flow inside jasmin , also is there any way to forward messages come from any smpp client to HTTP API ?
