Jasmin Web Panel intallation not working via https://github.com/101t/jasmin-web-panel

I tried installing Web Panle for Jasmine via  https://github.com/101t/jasmin-web-panel but i just shows the Nginx web-page when I put the server link on the browser. I am looking any frelance tech who is well versed on this topic. Requirements are as below:

- Install Jasmin Panel and whitelable it with company name and Logo

- Should be replicable process via exe file or some other method so can be installed for our clients

- Should have 1 way, broadcast and most importantly 2-way SMS feature with correct Billing features

- Should have option to create accounts for Enterprise clients using which the Client can send and resend SMS (2-way), and broadcast as well
