ignore smppc when not connected in mtroundrobin

Hello,

I noticed that when you use roundrobinmt, it ignores the status of smppc connections. Is it possible not to route messages on a disconnected gateway?

I know there is the failover one but I need performance so roundrobin suits my needs.
