Receiving and Sending SMS via generic or GoIP GSM Gateway

Dear developers, we need SMS server software which is capable to receive SMS from GSM Gateway (generic or GoIP), push this onto our app in PC and send answer SMS again via GSM Gateway. Is Jasmin SMS gateway ideal for us ?  Thanks

Jasmin has http and smpp connectors out of the box, it is also possible to build extra connectors for gsm or any other protocol, please contact commercial support on sup...@jasminsms.com for further info.
