How to setup and send sms using Jasmin?

I've followed the installation steps down to send your first sms:

I'm getting error:

Can you help me setting up jasmin? Do I need third party subscription for it to send?

That clearly seems to be a network issue. Kindly share ping, traceroute as well as telnet output.

Which ping, traceroute or telnet you need?

ping on 172.16.10.67 is not reachable. The ip was stated on the installation doc.

Oops! You are supposed to setup those IPs and Ports to match your upstream provider. Please share your configurations from jcli.

Roxan, you still need a provider to grant you access for sending sms through SMPP protocol.

That's what the 172.16.10.67 is supposed to be.

ahh ok, I was thinking that it will be a standalone application. Any suggestion on what provider to use?
