Cannot remove or reinstall Jasmin

Hello everyone.

I'm trying to reinstall Jasmin, but I cannot since the jasmind.service not found.

I posted a question on AskUbuntun, but it seems not helping.

Anyway, please kind guy me how to solve this issue?

This seems an OS issue, the "remove" transaction has failed, you have to resolve it with the apt toolings.
