ESME_RINVSRCADR error

I have a client that uses his own gateway and he needs to enter a scr_addr obligatorily, everything is fine between his gateway connection and my Jasmin, my problem is that when sending messages he gets the following error ESME_RINVSRCADR that I imagine is because he is setting a src_addr.

What can I do to fix it so he can send messages without any problem?

I suspect your Jasmin is set-up as a server in that case?

 

Is your client sending the SMS-MT with the same Sender ID (src_addr) than the one he configured while connecting with your Jasmin?

Do you know if the SMS reaches your gateway ?
