Is Jasmin SMS still available?

Hello,

Is Jasmin still usable? I cannot find a working install solution on Ubuntu 24.04. Official docs mention a deb package, but the URL is not functioning.

Jasmin is no longer supported

I can provide a complete node based SMPP server and client at a considerate fee of 2000 USD

I already have happy clients from as far as mexico who can act for reference

It's OK, I managed to install it, it works, but i Have a strange issue when my client sends a MT using message_payload TLV:

2025-06-23 16:14:34 CRITICAL 829528 Rejecting SubmitSmPDU[4b66c9c2-2f94-4415-89b3-2dece854b05e] through [cid:test1] for an unknown error (<class 'ValueError'>): Value (b'XXXX.......XXXX') size 136 does not match expected 37
Do you have any input on this error?

More updates on the issue:

the first message sent after a server restart is delivered, after that I receive this error every time.
