Can we enable the Rest API with Docker setup?

I have setup Jasmin with docker-compose file provided in the documentation.

I see the Rest API is not enabled in the Docker setup.

Is there someone who altered the Dockerfile or wrote a new one to enable rest api as well?

Or if there is someone who could help to write a Dockerfile to achieve this let me know. 

I can also pay for this task.
