Network Error: Connection Refused on Docker image

I setup a Docker image as outlined in the Jasmin Installation. When trying to access the JCLI Console from the host I get the Network Error" Connection Refused error message. I have tried a number of things with no luck.

Would really appreciate help.

Did you setup the port nat rule with -p ?
