SMPPC Not Bound: SubmitSmPDU Discarded Due to Over-Aged Messages

 please help me fixing this  when i try a bulk message i getting this  i am encountering a recurring issue where the SMPP client connection is not bound, causing SubmitSmPDU messages to be discarded due to being "over-aged." This behavior is observed in the logs as follows:
