It looks like http://www.ja-sig.org/ still goes to the old site.
ja-sig.org and www.ja-sig.org should redirect to www.jasig.org

Also we currently have *.jasig.org and *.ja-sig.org mapped to WCW. I'm
thinking it would be better to remove those * mappings and only have
explicit domain mappings.
