Idea:

Split out uPortal 3 Confluence content into its own Confluence space (up3)
rather than including this in the current uPortal space. Update current
uPortal space to provide prominent pointer to the up3 space for that
information.

Advantages: clarity on what information pertains to uPortal 2 versus what
information pertains to uPortal 3. Natural expressivity of creating
documentation in characterizing what's being talked about. Reduces clutter
and makes the spaces more navigable and searchable. Want to know something
about uP3? Search in the uP 3 space.

Thoughts?

In absence of feedback I'm liable to do this under lazy consensus.

Sorry, this was stared but I've been way to busy personaly and at work to respond to anything that wasn't really high priority. This is a good idea.
