Can anyone comment as to why uPortal 3 includes a mock
HttpServletRequest -- what's different between this mock request and
that offered by the spring-mock.jar?

It looks like Mike created the file. I can't see any reason for it to be
there. I think it can be removed and the spring-mock objects used
instead. With Spring 2.0-M1 out we should probably look to using that
code base and using the portlet mock objects provide by spring as well.
