Rosalina (Aurora) is a High-End character and has been added in Mario Kart Tour at Vancouver Tour, along with Wario (Hiker), The tour is began at 12 February, 2020. Her Special item is Ice Flower and her character traits is "dress" "crown" and "earrings". She was in the Rosalina (Aurora) pack in the Snow Tour, meaning not tour exlusive, spotlight for the Rosalina Tour and Vancouver Tour.

Rosalina likes going to Vancouver every January to see the aurora borealis. She sometime invites Daisy (Holiday Cheer) and Peach (Wintertime) to come with her. Her favourite racing course in Vancouver Velocity. She appeared in Jumping, Jumping.

Rosalina in her Aurora form wears a sleeveless, frilled dress colored in a blue-to-purple gradient, resembling the aurora borealis. It has a white collar, and just below, it is patterned with stars resembling her earrings. She retains her usual star brooch and wears opera gloves matching the color of her dress. Her hair bang is adorned with blue crystals and she is also equipped with silver tights and white heels.
