Eczema sufferers can try to use filtered tap water for washing
scalp / skin. Mud in tap water can be filtered off by ceramic filter
( e.g. Doulton brand, of UK ).
My eczema ( 5yr old ) on scalp ended 1 week after I used only
filtered water to wash scalp. The doctor I consulted had no idea
what was causing my eczema.
