Eczema caused by mud in tap water, in Pg island

( e.g. Doulton brand, from UK ).
My eczema ( 5yr old ) on scalp ended 1 week after I used only
filtered water to wash scalp. The doctor I consulted had no idea
what was causing my eczema. Now eczema can appear on my fore
head betw eyebrows, unless I filter mud off water 1st.
This mud sticks on & ruin car paint & glass, jams windscreen's
squirt jets too. How to attract tourists / investors / retirees, when
msia's tap water is inferior to developed countries' ?

Rice cooked with unfiltered tap water has a film of mud on each
grain, how to attract tourists etc ? Visit msia, our tap water will
give you eczema !
