4] Causes wage disputes : the extra costs to employers ( e.g. 11% of gross wage
is employers' share ) & employees ( e.g. 9% of gross wage is employees'
share ) make wage negotiations even more difficult. Employees must demand
e.g. 8% rise in gross wages so net wages can let employees make ends meet,
but employers cannot offer e.g. >5% because of their burden to fund the NHS.
E.g. in 1984 UK working-class employees could get only 61% of any rise in
gross wage, after deduction of 30% income tax ( to fund massive welfare ) &
9% NI (national insurance). This is why countries with massive welfare have
many prolonged wage disputes, never seen in msia : msians new in UK will be
amazed by the frequency of strikes there, nearly every 2 months a new strike
appears, every group of labour ( electricity workers, bus/ train drivers, nurses
) take turn to strike : when their train drivers strike, ½ of a city's workers
cannot get to work to earn the wages which bear the taxes which provide the
welfare benefits incl dole which encouraged this strike in the 1st place,
because no striker needs to worry about losing his / her job. NI rose since
4-03, because old people live longer & longer.
An increase to wage bills & disputes in msia will make msia less attractive to
MNCs i.e. unemploymnt will rise, mkt wages will drop.
5] Without a worry for hospital bills, UK's long-term unemployed* ( whole
families live on welfare, & hold on to subsidized housing by refusing to
move to other towns to take up jobs ) have 1 fewer reason to find jobs. This
is 1 reason why countries with massive welfare ( Germany, France, Australia )
have big differences in regional unemploymnt : e.g. in 1984 UK's north east's
unemploymnt was 15%, northern Ireland's - 25%, south east's - only 5% (
most claimants are unemployable / welfare spongers ) : ½ the petrol stations
in south-east could not find enough labour to do 24hr business, still both
these employers & people who go where jobs/ business are must pay very
high taxes to house & feed these spongers*.
6] Patients who need pay nothing : just like UK's * & brits who work outside
UK pay no NI, msians who work abroad ( e.g. in S'pore ) will ( esp after they
retire ) get free service in msia. Illegal immigrants too can use fake/ hired
ICs, or bribe to get free service, already indons hire bumis to pose as indons'
babies' fathers, to get msia citizenship. Criminals ( muggers, robbers, pick-
pockets, jaga-keretas, extortionists, loan sharks, kidnappers, heroin pushers,
burglars, swindlers ) have no wages, so will all get free service @ their
victims' expense !
Patients who live on dividends / interest / rent / pensions i.e. no wages /

7] Causes crime : the more statutory deductions are forced on honest (gross)
wages, the less attractive are honest (net) wages, thus making money via
crime is more attractive than honest wages. Msia's gross wages are far
behind developed countries', yet MMA's dr.k wants the same burden forced
on gross wages in msia, thus this extra burden to fund NHS in msia will
certainly cause crime.
The more levies (employers' share) are forced on gross wages, the lower are
gross wages (as a fraction of total wage bills) employers can offer employees
, thus the end result is the same as above.

will be dubious e.g. 1 can get blood with HIV transfused into 1, as happened
in Kedah. If private hospitals can claim from NHS, then private hospitals
will be just like the dentist who conned me i.e. can prescribe unnecessary but
elaborate & even wrong treatments, & since 1 bears only a small part of total
cost, 1 can be easily conned into an unnecessary treatment without getting a
2nd opinion which 1 would get if asked to bear the whole cost : this is how a
