Jarifa 1.0-rc3 has been released

Hi people,

Today I have released the version 1.0 release candidate 3 of Jarifa. The good news are that Jarifa is now completely translated to Spanish. If you want to change the language of Jarifa from English to Spanish, you only have to modify the language item from jarifa.conf. We are supporting just right now only two languages: Spanish and English. New languages are welcome. If you want to collaborate by translating Jarifa you only have to translate the file jarifa/lang/en_US.utf8/LC_MESSAGES/messages.po into your preferred language and send me the *.mo resulting file. We are using gettext, so there are different tools for translating po files.
