I need help with a configuration

Hi
I´m trying to use Jarifa in a structure of two computers that are
running on virtual machines of WIN XP and WIN 7, one of them is
running a server running Boinc + Jarifa in a virtual machine too, I
have configured them in a private IP now I'm trying to prove this ...
Create a new project for example Einstein@Home:
When I generate the public key with the url http://einstein.phys.uwm.edu/
I put it into the field.

and when i try to finish the process I get this error

Estoy intentando crear un proyecto en Jarifa, pero cuando intento
darle la llave publica generada con el metodo a segir en este link

well its is solved thx to Daniel lombraña gonzales for his asnwer, I
removed the tag refered to the proxy in jarifa.conf file and now I can
submit a project.
