Hi guys, I am new to this group and will ask a question that might be
completely out of date. I can download JArbitrager and JBooktrader,
but can't find Jsystemtrader anymore . Is it still available to
download somewhere , or do you just use JArbitrager as a replacement
to design strategies based on prices ?

JSystemTrader has been inactive for the last several years, so I scheduled that project for deletion. You should look at JBookTrader which is in active development:

Ok thanks for the update. But would JBooktrader allow me to work on
price based strategies and book based strategies ? Because right now I
would need to work on price based strategies, that is why I thought
that maybe JArbitrager was the right candidate replacing the old
Jsystemtrader. Am I wrong ?

Yes, JBookTrader gives you price, depth balance, and volume.
