Dear Members,

I have uploaded the notice for AGM to be held on 19 Apr 2015.

Owners who are stationed outside may send Authorisation Form and Nomination Form duly filled in and signed to JARACOM (Google Group) as an attachment in reply to this notice. However, as this may be viewed publicly, they may choose to send to the following email address. These will be printed and handed over to the COM.

However, the COM would request all such owners to make it convenient to attend the meeting and make it a success.
