I am Govindan owner flat 20. I had personally organized the terrace garden, taking due care by placing kadapa slabs under every pot so that water does not stagnate there. You may inspect the garden.I have also taken due permission from Association for the same.

In case you, in consultation with the Association, decide to throw it out, I just don't care.

Please go ahead and do whatever you want.
