Madam/gentleman

I am in receipt of your letter dated September 9, 2017. To place on record my observations on your letter are as follows.
The subjects dealt with me OLD AND CONTINUOUS ISSUES speaks about the past and present.
While welcoming me to represent my issues to Government authorities, you have placed a rider "Quote. We may however, point out that for any inconvenience caused to the residents of association because of your approach to Government authorities, you will be held responsible. Quote ends.This is what I have been saying that is I should not be held responsible on any Government action. I have said this several times and I have copies of my mails.
This proves that both of us are aware, that what we have done, as well doing amounts to contravening either governments or laws of the land
Even ignorance of law is not excusable but contravening law by any means is What?
I am not a fool or an idiot or insane or egoistic to push 107 families of this apartment, to not only inconvenience, but also drain of money as fines as well subject the apartment to several inspections by government authorities thereby earning a black mark from the public in general.
Facts do not require a majority opinion of all the residents, as well non compliance of law. Therefore no extra ordinary general body meeting is necessary as well there is no need for me to convince every one what I consider as mistake and gather strength.  What happens to all will happen to me since I own two houses in this apartment.  One can only tell you here is a pitfall but refusal to accept and correct is your prerogative.
What I want to impress on you is I am part of the residents but do not accept actions leading to non compliance of accepted practices.

Therefore any monetary liability to the Association because of the acts and deeds committed by the governing body will not be binding on House number 89 and 103 of Delta Block. I am making it clear once again.

Now let me list out what we are doing. Here we includes me since I am a resident.
We would not accept facts but threaten them of dire consequences in case if the matters referred to concerned authorities.
We would find fault with members for not joining the committee, when they intend Block them and in case joins the committee would find fault that the proposer and the proposed are same.
We would not allocate work in the association to members who are willing but take decisions of their own and enforce it thro the committee.
We will not enforce rules since our object is only pease.
We would let out at ground level poisonous gases at ground level at our STP, we have no concerns about nearby residents, kids playing at the kids area as well older people who live near by since they have not complained.
We would not care for the health issues that may crop up by environmental ground level pollution by spraying treated water with a lot of viruses


We would run our blower at abnormal noice level without any concern of near by flats since there is no complaint from them,
We would like to change the generator since noice level are more but less when compared to blower since the residents near by do not raise questions,
We would advise residents who complain to protect themselves by glass panes.
We would not full fill our commitments of funding expenses apart from collecting from residents even actual expenditure is lower than planned but make them shell out extra money.
We would account for Receipts and payments in a such as way so that it would be normally not visible to avoid government dues.
We would not report on such things in annual report. We would not get approval for over runs in capital projects.
We would conduct meetings without a quorum and agree to make a mention of it but would not mention
We would agree on many things for the meeting to go on but fail to mention in the report as well advance absence of this acceptance in the report to thwart the claims when requested.
We would agree and minute it in the meeting but use veto to nullify the same.
We would not deduct TDS on contractors against the opinion of auditor, whereas the fact is otherwise.
We would continue to hand over form 15A to avoid deduction at source by the bank in spite of the fact only amount invested in Cooperative banks are exempted and against Supreme Court ruling that Apartment Associations are not AOP in respect of interest collection
We would permit pets but will not frame rules, or notify rules, as well permit the pets to run along in all common area causing immense nuisance to other residents and diseases connected with pets. We would choose whom to favour.
We would use CCTV only for the committee and will not provide TV outside and other residents need not have access to what is happening around them
We would frame rules for other residents and these rules would not bind committee members.
We would not care for the real meaning of commercial activity but mention it in the annual report for reference every year
We would award contracts as well accept hike in value, but would not insist on performance attire etc, but only approve their quote and will not frame rules and regulations for them.
We would not have an e mail I'd for the Association but only use personal email
I'd since we consider it not necessary.
We would permit fellow residents to abuse other residents and feel happy about it.
We would not care for the welfare of our residents from the stray dogs concentration at out gate.
We would threaten a fellow resident by resigning en mass without any regards for the rules and regulations as specified in Registered societies act.
Since I am also a resident the word "I"  includes me.

As a conclusion I am not that much cheap as well arrogant to push the association to issues and problems.  I have laboured enough. Association has never countered my statements by proper answer or documents but bully me.
Now I consider enough is enough.
We would boast that we are true citizens of India, but rules and regulations would not be followed.
As there is a saying God saves the king as a believer of Sri NARAYANAN and
Sri Ramanujar, I am only a Dasan.  I believe in destiny.
This would take its natural course.
I do not expect a reply
