Will it be possible to state expenditure for the month and cumulative so that

Comparison with previous month and reasons for increase and decrease could be 

analyzed.  I should not make demands but just a request.

In that case variance would thro up automatically and an analyze would be easy.

It is just a suggestion.

As requested by Sri Seshadri, I have uploaded the cumulative statement of Receipt and Expenditure right from Apr 2014 to 31 Aug 2014. However, I am doubtful whether this will meet his requirement of comparing month-wise figures.

Statement of Accounts can be analysed if all the monthly statements are given in a single excel file cumulatively. By this, the parameters on Receipts and parameters on Expenditures can be compared, analysed and major components on expenditures tracked.

I may add that the latest quote from New India Insurance Co for Insurance of flats is Rs. 19/- per lakh as against Rs.35/- quoted earlier by Oriental Insurance. Therefore, the actual premium to be paid by members is just about half of what was projected in the Annual Report. I request all members to participate and cover their risk. Please indicate your willingness to the office at the earliest.
