Any good description of Jaql's built in functions available?

Hi,

I am new to jaql and still in the learning phase.
Is there any good information available which describes jaql's built-
in functions , example ,usage etc?
I saw this link

but this does not seems to be of much help for a new user like me.

Any pointers on this will be helpful.
