Hello, I really like this app, thanks for making it.

I'd like to ask about the compatibility of JMW and iOS7.  It's not working well for me.
I have an iPad (3rd generation).  I tap on the icon, the app launches, I see the screen of the app,  and then it immediately shuts down, displaying the iPad desktop.

Are other people on iOS7 yet? Is it OK on your end?

Hi,

We have had some users with this issue.  I have been trying to gather information to see what's causing the issue.  If you could help, that would be great.

May I ask you to ...

1. Download iPhone configuration utility from http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1466

2. Plug in your iPhone and open the configuration utility.

3. Select your device under the devices tab.

4. Select the console tab.

5. Run the application until it crashes.

6. Press the 'save console as' button to save the console log.

7. Email the console log to me at rae...@rakudasoft.com.

It would really help a lot.  Thank you!

Also, if you can send me (via email plz) your UDID at the same time (you can google to find how to get it), I can cut a beta version once I've found the problem for you to try.

Thanks!

Ray

Hello,

I'm using an iPad. Would the configuration utility for the iPhone work on this, too?

The configuration utility is something that runs on the pc or mac and allows (when your phone is connected) you to collect log information from the phone.  This information can be used to help locate the problem.

So, in short.  Yes. :)

Hi!

Any improvement? Any chance we could at least get approximate date when the update will come?

Hi,

Apple are being really slow right now. It went into 'review' status 2 days ago, so i am hoping any day now.

Sorry for the delay.

Hi,

It should work well on iOS7, but I have seen this before.  Firstly, if you're using the cloud, try removing and re-installing the application.  This seems to fix it for most people.  If it's not that, it could be the progress tracking file on the cloud has become corrupted.  Please contact sup...@rakudasoft.com and I'll be happy to help you troubleshoot.

Regards
Ray
