Hello Manuel-san and Dominik-san,

Frohe Weihnachten!

At last your Japan visit is coming soon!
I'd like to tell you how to come our area from Chubu International
Airport after your arrival.
Masako will go to the Airport to meet you all in the morning (about
9:30 am: maybe it will take more than  about 30 minutes to pass the
immigration and custum check  etc.), and then she leads you to my
university by bus or train (it takes about 1.5 hr).  My lecture will
finish at 12:20 pm. So we can meet us all in my Uni. at about 12:30.
Then let's take a lunch near my Uni, and then we take you all to my
home and Hotel. And in the evening, we will enjoy the Japanese dinner
in some Japanese restaurant.
On 9th and 10th January, I we are planning to take you some
traditional or cultural place around Nagoya.
And we are planning to Join you on 12th or 13th January in Kyoto.

A few questions:
What time are you going to leave from Nagoya to Kyoto at Friday(11th Jan.)?
Is your Handy going to be active in Japan?
