The Official Site of Jet Impulse is launched. Currently the pages about the
"World of Jet Impulse" and "Story Mode" are published. Trial version will
be available for download at DS Stations (the DS trial kiosks in Japan)
starting from Feb 1.

Nintendo scheduled the Wi-Fi co-operation flight shooting game "Jet Impulse"
for Nintendo DS on Feb 8, 2007. Many new screenshots have been released.
The story is about the player joining the flighter plane mission to rescue
the crisis of a war war outbreak.
The fighter plane is basically controlled by buttons, with the touch screen
as a radar that the player can perform the lock on operation. The radar will
be oriented corresponding to the 3D flight scene on the upper screen.
The game consists of 19 stages, including enermy shoot down, surprise attack
of enermy base, night battle etc. The game has over 20 plane models and 50
types of weapons for the player to choose from.
Regarding the communication, in addition to local Wi-Fi play, the game also
supports Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection play, so the players worldwide can join
co-operation mission game via Nintendo's network.
