長期間に優れているインターネット電話帳を探していますが、まだ完成ではありませ
ん。
http://www.itp.ne.jp/というサイトが存じますが、そのサイトに会社・企業・など
だけの住所・電話番号が入っています。
私は個人的な情報が入っているオンライン電話帳をお探ししております。
誰かご援助をお願い申し上げます。

If my wife understood your question you're looking for what at least we in
the states would call our white pages which are individual phone numbers
(Meaning non commercial). I did a quick search and this is what I came up
with Unfortunately these are all for yellow pages but maybe might give you
some additional sources if ever needed. One is your own in English if this
is easier to understand or for other users.

Yeah, I know these.
But these are the Yellow Pages again.
I found these too, but I am really interested in what you call white pages
(normal phonebook with individual listings).
