thats what the croatians said (and yes i took a look)
they say that they will make an evangelion movie (not anime) real movie
has somebody heard anything about it?

Yes it is one of the five anime movie being made into live action but you
may not see it america
the movie that are being done are Ghost in the Shell, Ninja Scroll,
Akria,Eva andCowboy Bebop live action movies scheduled for a fall relese in
Japan of 2004 mabe pushed back to 2005

Live action movies based on anime's are semi-common in japan. Though hentai
gets it's place there most of the time.

Yup. I just posted another thread dealing with the rumor that Daniel
Radcliffe (Harry Potter) might be cast as Shinji. Right now the
production's looking *very* American.

I'm really happy to hear that Cowboy Bebop is being made into
live-action: I've only seen the feature movie, but it's one of my
favorite pieces of anime.

Also, add another live-action conversion: James Cameron (director of
Titanic and various action flicks) has said his next movie will be
Battle Angel Alita (sp.?).
