much loved and hated series Evangelion. The title of the article, "Second
Coming" is worth noting. Also, Gainax has released word of an important

In de.alt.anime this was also noted. Someone wrote there's evidence that
it will be a new, remastered, version of the series and perhaps the
movies.
But let's wait for Dec 26.

Remastered? To my eyes the video quality seems pretty good... if that means
a Director's Cut type deal... I don't know if my brain could handle another
version of Eva... I had to watch the series about three times, swapping EoE
with the old 25 and 26 in terms of viewing order before things started to
become "clear"... and I'm still not at all sure about my speculations.

Maybe one could think about the "added scenes" when reading this?

And that probably won't change.
Once you know for sure you know nothing, you have understood EVA.
