Sounds like Carl Orff. Not sure because I haven't listened to much of his
stuff. It might be "O Fortuna" but I've only heard that song once and it
was a long time ago. Try downloading it and see if I'm right. I'll do that
too.
OT-Question: Did you buy the bootleg, or did you get the R2 distribution?

I had to sing the Carmina Burana in school's choir and still have the
male voices score.

It _is_ "O Fortuna". But the text is ununderstandable, so the lyrics are
at the bottom.

Why OT? You can only be right if it is the bootleg distribution because
the "O Fortuna" trailer is fan-made. Or am I wrong?
But: it's a good one. I am not sure if Justin Emerson knows Latin, in
some lines I think he does not and had a good translation (the Latin
word order seems different to the actions).
But especially at "Semper in angaria" the pictures fit perfectly.
It seems to be a trailer for all of Evangelion (it contains scenes from
the series _and_ EoE).

That is a Fan Made trailer. ErMaC makes Anime Music Videos.
The actual D&R trailer is set to Dies Irae from Verdi's Requiem.
