He doesn't want to kill her, my personal thought on this is that he
sees Asuka lying beneath him, not moving, so he thinks she's dead and
sits upon her, strangling. When he realises she's alive (by touching
his face) he begins to
cry, and stops choking her. So probably he strangles her because he
thinks she's dead (...said that before) and try to do something - just
he doesn't know what he should do so this is his reaction.

prison for the criminally insane. One of the other convicts uh, takes a
liking to her and shows his affection by uh, splattering you know what all

Really? You know I'm all for artistic expression and setting the scene and
stuff but there is a limit to trying to horrify your audience! I'm not
thrilled with censorship, though examples like this can only give two points
to it. Interesting how I'm reacting to sperm on RL TV versus Anime!
