It _has_ actually happened.

Death and Rebirth was released by Madman/AV Channel on the 14th (RRP
$34.95) It should be available elsewhere by next week for around $30.

www.chaosmusic.com have it listed (by mistake??) at $19.95 - so they'd be
the place to go, but you might need to be quick.

Looks like late October / early Nov. for EoE.

Yes, Tiffany told me this before you knew it. I was refering to EoE as
well though.
