JUCA NCA convention

Hello, JUCA members,

As the NCA convention approaches,

First, Dr. Akira Miyahara, who has served as the JUCA president for the past 14 years since 2011, is stepping down this year and retiring next year. We're planning a JUCA social at a restaurant (TBA) on Saturday, Nov. 22, at 5 p.m. If you would like to join us, please go to https://chouseisan.com/s?h=e703a629561245abbd8bf321b006bd30 and enter your full name (and guest name[s] in the comment box).

Second, we'll hold two presentation sessions. Please come to both sessions to show your support for JUCA. We'd greatly appreciate it if you also brought your friends to our sessions.

Third, our business meeting will be held on Friday, Nov. 21, at 7 a.m. (MST). JUCA will have both the first and second vice president positions vacant for the 2025-2026 year, so we welcome self-nominations. The only requirement is to be able to attend NCA conventions fairly regularly and help with conference planning. We'll also discuss the association's future and possible name change. The meeting's times for different time zones are as follows:
