The final draft of the SLA chapter of the Cloud Computing Use Cases
White Paper ( http://groups.google.com/group/cloud-computing-use-cases
) has been posted. Our goal is to complete Version 4 of the paper by
June 30th.

Since an SLA will be unique to an enterprise, we have not included any
specific scenarios. Our approach has been to provide content for each
SLA requirement as to how the requirement should be applied. The
requirements and considerations section has been expanded and the
Metrics section has been updated.
