How to start Janus Graph in windows

Hi I am totally  new for janus graph so wanted to start a very new project from scratch but unfortunately not getting proper guidance to start.

I read the document page itself and did some try with gremlin console in windows but did not succeed.

So what I need is can some one guide

1. How to install Janus Graph in windows as in document says it can't get install it should be unzipped and run the console.

2. Before starting any new project what I should do I mean is any server I have to run locally like things.

3. Then How I can create janus and cassandra based very simple project.

4. This would help me a lot if can be explained in very simple manner because I am Totally new to this technology.

Unfortunately, Windows isn't as well-supported as compared to Linux/Mac.
If there are Windows developers out there, we could use some help on making it a better experience.
