Well I have done alright minus some sugar fixes late in the evening. I already know that omitting gluten and grains makes me feel better. I am going to spend the next few weeks trying to get the little bit of sugar out before I go to bed. It totally messes with my sleep. Considering I have been eating this way for at least a year now, I know what to do I just need to do it. I am very impressed by how many people took on this challenge. You guys are amazing! Keep it up.
