This past week has been great. Even though I only get 5-7 hours of
sleep I feel like I have lots of energy which I know is due to the
diet. I also havent had coffee in over a month and I don't even miss
it that much. My goal is to get most of my nutrients for me and my
baby through food vs vitamins. I've been 80/20 paleo for the past 3
years and I will definetly continue to eat the same way. I just read
Robb Wolf's Paleo Solution and it's making me not want to cheat at
all. Funny what food can do for someone's well being.

I made this recipe over the weekend and it only took me 5 min to prep
and 20 min to cook and it tastes so GOOD. Highly recommend.

Basil Bacon Wrapped Chicken
1 1/2 lbs chicken breast tenders or chicken breasts cut into 1″ wide
slices
1 – 8.5 oz jar of julienne cut sun dried tomatoes
8-12 fresh basil leaves
8-12 bacon strips
Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400. Grease a baking sheet with either grass fed
organic butter or coconut oil. Take a chicken piece, top with a large
scoop on sun dried tomatoes, top that with a basil leaf, and wrap the
whole thing tightly with a piece of bacon. Place all the wrapped
chicken pieces on the greased baking sheet, sprinkle them all with
pepper, and bake for 15 minutes. Finish under the broiler for 3-4
minutes to crisp the bacon.

I know they have some at Tacoma Boy's, it's from Ireland (where they
feed the cows real food) I think it's called Kerry's Gold or
something....it's very expensive though...I'm sure it exists somewhere
else for cheaper, but I'm not sure where
