Have some improvements on Windows: console API vs. ansi sequences

On windows it would be great to be able to select (environment
variable?, other ways?) between
using the Windows Console API and real ANSI sequences.
This is because the coloring with Windows Console API is lost when one
redirects to a file, or uses something like more.

There are options out there that allow the use of ANSI sequences on
Windows (for instance ansicon, at http://adoxa.110mb.com/ansicon/).
So it would be nice to allow people to choose the coloring mechanism.

Good idea. I've just made a change which so that if the
jansi.passthrough system property is set, then jansi will not
interpret any of the ansi sequences.
