Integrating callstats.io into Jangouts

This is Bimalkant Lauhny (IRC Nick - code_master5).

I've been selected as a GSOC participant this summer for working on the project - Integrate callstats.io into Jangouts.

We all know that Jangouts is a WebRTC application that uses Janus media server. A number of issues here can only be solved by monitoring media and network quality issues for users.
callstats.io is platform for WebRTC Analysis. It can help by monitoring Jangouts in real-time and sending notifications when issues arise. This project aims to give an option to companies and individuals deploying Jangouts to use this service.
This can be achieved by integrating the callstats.io REST API with the WebRTC components in Jangouts and Janus. The Jangouts app will send endpoint stats and Janus will send the stats related to the WebRTC gateway.
