Testing the (un)mute error

I guess most of you are aware of this long-standing bug in Jangouts

Yesterday we had a debugging session that resulted in this bug report for Janus
https://github.com/meetecho/janus-gateway/issues/620

Today we plan to continue with a second debugging session. The more participants we have the better (since some issues are more likely to pop up in crowded meetings). Basically you will only be asked to join a meeting and stay muted while you continue with whatever you were doing. Easy :-)

The second debugging session was also successful (which mean we successfully reproduced the results, including the bugs, with a newer version of Janus).

Now I would like to call you all for a third debugging session tomorrow. Sure you don't have better plans for a Friday!

We will try two possible solutions. One janus-side (because Janus developers rock so much that they patched the code to fix our usage errors) and another one Jangouts-side (an ugly hack, to be honest).

Once again, in order to make sure the issue is fixed we need as much people as possible in the same room.

Same procedure, just be at #jangouts channel at freenode's irc. All you will be requested to do is to join a Jangouts call and stay muted while doing your regular stuff. We will start as soon as we have enough people. From 10AM CET onwards, I assume.
