Porting Jangouts to React/Redux round 2

Hi all,

A few weeks ago, we decided to start an experiment to port Jangouts
from Angular to React/Redux. You can find some more details in the post
to Jangouts mailing list[1].

Last week we celebrated Hack Week 19 at SUSE, so we decided to continue
with this project. During this week, we merged more than 20 pull
requests[2] and implemented quite some features.

At this point of time I would say that this new version of Jangouts is
quite functional. It lacks some basic features, like a configuration
mechanism, but it is possible to have a call with no big issues.
