Master branch protected at Github

I just wanted you to know that I have enabled branch protection[1] of the master branch at https://github.com/jangouts/jangouts.

We were already using a (pull request + code review) model to develop Jangouts, so this should imply an important difference, other than making that model more obvious (now the approval is requested by the tool in order to merge).
