TalisLMS Connector for Jangle

Hi everybody,

I realize it's been pretty quiet around here lately. That's mainly
because I've been elbow-deep in this:

a connector for Talis's LMS/ILS, Alto. It's written in Groovy/Grails
and is available under a GPL v.2 license.

It's still very much a work in progress, but it's semi-functional (it
returns feeds for all of the entities, for example) and is there for
people to try (although it won't do much without Alto) or pick apart
for their own needs.
