Draft spec revising done

Ok, everybody. I'm done going over the docs. Cleaned up quite a bit
-- typos, fixed some of the JSON schema, added the new
"format"/"formats" stuff to the example JSON responses and cleaned up
some of the definitions.

I began setting up pages for the Jangle URIs (formats, Entity, and terms):

http://jangle.org/vocab/

The intention here is that they are editable and implementors can add
new identifiers for different record types or terms (which would
mostly be used for categories).

Entity probably doesn't need to be editable.

So, read with confidence that this is more or less final, pending the
comments, criticisms and corrections that come in over the next two
days.
