Draft version 1.0 released

Hey everybody. I have released a draft of the Jangle 1.0
specification for people to review, comment upon and generally tear
apart.

It's rough -- it hasn't been given much thought to grammar,
punctuation or sentence structure, but any ideas any of you have for
improving the spec, whether technically or editorially, please feel
free to add your comments.
