Need help with converting a flash project into jangaroo project

Hi,

I am trying to convert a flash project into a jangaroo app. Its a simple clock with components like hour-hand, minute-hand, etc in form of an fla file. And an actionscript file controlling the clock dynamics. I would like to know how do i achieve this conversion. I have exported the components in canvas format, but how do i integrate the entire project?

Hi Yogesh,

unfortunately, Jangaroo does not support FLA files. It can only compile ActionScript code.

I'm not sure what you mean... is this a feature of the tool you are currently using? Which tool would that be?

Thanks for your reply. Actually I am a research student from IIIT Hyderabad, working on program transformation of flash files to html5 and javascript. Attached is my current plan for this transformation process. I am looking forward to use jangaroo as compiler to the actionscript project. The decompiler I will be using is JPEXS decompiler. This is exporting my assets in canvas format. I will be greatful if i could get assistance with this regard.
